Zapata Burger was born in Kadıköy, Istanbul, a neighborhood known for its energy, creativity, and independent spirit. Starting as a small burger shop, it quickly became a local favorite thanks to its bold flavors, meticulously crafted recipes, and a team that believes great street food should be honest, generous, and unforgettable.
Over the years, our recipes have become legendary among our Istanbul regulars. But for us, great food is never about staying stagnant. It's about movement, curiosity, and adapting to new places.
We're not just opening another shop. We're learning a new city, working with local ingredients, and adjusting our recipes to suit our new home. Our cuisine is built on the same philosophy that shaped us in Kadıköy: flavor first, quality ingredients, and a handcrafted approach to everything we serve.
We are currently in a Soft Opening and Trial Phase. The foundations are solid, but we continue to fine-tune the details, from the spices to our handcrafted bread, to ensure every burger meets the standard we believe in.
This is the beginning of our London story, and we are excited to build this story together with our new neighbourhood.
